Who you're buying from

EffieFinds is a one-person shop. Placing an order means you accept these terms, which is the boring way of saying we both know what was agreed.

Pre-orders

Most pieces are pre-orders. You pay when you order and the piece ships on the date shown on its page. You can cancel for a full refund any time before it ships, and if it hasn't shipped six weeks past that date I refund you automatically.

Prices and stock

Prices are in US dollars and can change, but never after you've ordered. If something sells out or is priced wrong, I'll cancel and refund the order rather than ship you something else.

Photos and descriptions

I photograph everything myself and try to be honest about colour and scale. Natural stones and handmade pieces vary a little from one to the next.

Returns

The shipping and returns page is part of these terms. Thirty days, unworn, in its box; pierced earrings and final-sale pieces excepted.

Using the site

The photos, the writing and the wordmark are mine; please don't lift them for another shop. Don't try to break the site or scrape it.

Where things stand legally

My liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, and nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer.
