You get refunded in full, automatically, if the piece hasn't shipped six weeks past its stated date. I'll have emailed you well before that point.

Yes. If you order again before the first one ships, email me the two order numbers and I'll pack them together and refund the second shipping charge.

Any time before it ships. Sizes are easy to change while the batch is still with the maker.

Measure a ring you already wear across the inside in millimetres and check the chart on any ring page. If you're between sizes on a band this thin, size up.

Mostly 18k gold plating over stainless steel, which is why it can get wet and doesn't tarnish. A couple of the enamel pieces are plated alloy; those are marked on their own page, and they're the ones to keep out of water. Every piece lists its metal under Materials.

Plated stainless steel is the least likely thing to, and it's what most of the shop is. It isn't nickel free; stainless steel contains nickel, though it's bound in the alloy and rarely causes a reaction. If you know you react to nickel, email me before you order and I'll tell you honestly whether a piece is worth the risk.

Last thing on, first thing off. The plated steel pieces handle water fine; the enamel and alloy ones don't, so keep those out of the shower and the pool. Wipe everything with a soft cloth and store it dry.
